"You Look Completely Fine. So Why Do You Feel Like You're Falling Apart?"

**Please read this slowly and simply take the time to feel what you are feeling inside...**
Your body has been keeping score this whole time.
Not in a dramatic way. Not in a *breakdown on the kitchen floor* way. In the quiet, persistent way that shows up as the tight chest before a conversation you're dreading. The exhaustion that sleep doesn't fix. The way you brace yourself before walking into a room. The low hum of anxiety that you've had for so long, you've started calling it *just who I am.*
It's not just who you are.
It's your nervous system, locked in a pattern it learned a long time ago — probably when it needed to keep you safe, probably when being invisible or keeping the peace or

holding everything together was the smartest thing you could do. Your body adapted. It was brilliant, actually.
But you're not in that moment anymore. And your system hasn't got the memo yet.
**This is where it gets interesting — and this is where I LOVE what I do**
As a kinesiologist, what I'm looking at is the intelligence of your body. Not just what you're thinking or what you're saying, but what your body is *doing* — the stress responses running underneath the surface, the emotional patterns stored in your muscles and meridians, the subconscious beliefs that are quietly running the show while your conscious mind is busy trying to think its way out of a feeling.
Because here's the thing about that *I'm fine* performance you've been living?
It takes an enormous amount of energy to maintain. And the energy you're spending keeping the lid on — on the feelings, on the truth, on the version of yourself that doesn't quite fit the life you're living — is energy that isn't available to you for anything else. For joy. For creativity. For connection. For feeling genuinely, actually alive.
Your body is not betraying you. It is *signalling* you.
The falling apart feeling? That is not weakness. That is the most intelligent part of you saying — *enough. We need something different NOW.*
**And then there's all the stories underneath it all.**
NLP and hypnosis work at the level of the subconscious — the part of your mind that makes up about 95% of everything driving your choices, your reactions, your sense of self. And what we almost always find there, in someone who looks fine on the outside

and feels like they're crumbling on the inside, is a belief.
Sometimes it's *I'm not allowed to need more than this.*
Sometimes it's *if I fall apart, everything falls apart.*
Sometimes it's *I don't even know who I am without this role I've been playing.*
These beliefs aren't your fault. They are not character flaws. They are programmes that were installed early, reinforced often, and are now running on autopilot in the background of your life.
And they can be changed. Not by willpower. Not by thinking harder. By going to the level where they actually live — and gently, deliberately, rewriting them.
**So if you're sitting here reading this and something in you just went quiet —**
If you felt something shift, even slightly, even in a way you can't quite name yet...
That is your body recognising its own truth.
You are not dramatic. You are not ungrateful. You are not too sensitive or too much or not enough. You are a person who has been carrying something heavy, quietly, for a long time. And the fact that you still show up, still function, still hold it together?
That is not evidence that you don't need support.
That is evidence of how strong you've had to be!
**You don't have to keep outrunning the feeling.**
There is another way to live — where the inside and the outside actually match. Where you don't have to brace yourself before being honest. Where decisions come from clarity instead of fear. Where your body feels like a home again, not something to manage.
That is what we work towards, together.
If something in this post spoke to you — not just your mind, but your body — I'd love to

hear from you. Drop a 🤍 in the comments, send me a message, or book a free discovery call https://www.larose-kinesiology.com/
Let's start there.
You've been fine for long enough. You deserve to actually feel it.
Big love
